This is a great way to reduce stress. I did not get this message from my meditations. I am sure I got this from Carol Tuttle or Linda Richards or one of my other RET friends.
Exercise: Whenever you are feeling bad (stressed, angry, frustrated, tired...) do this exercise. Start moving your eyeballs quickly side-to-side until you start yawning. Yawning means you are releasing stress. Once you start yawning, stop moving the eyes and start quickly blinking, about 20 or 30 times. (Don't worry about precise numbers. It doesn't need to be exact).
Then repeat the process several times until you are feeling better.
