Acknowledge your negative feelings
Do not try to hide your negative feelings. Let them out. Recognize them. Say, "I am experiencing fear" several times. (Bottom line, most negative feelings are caused by fear - you are sad because you are afraid to move out of your comfort zone, you are jealous because you are afraid to move out of your comfort zone, etc.) Acknowledge your feelings and accept them. By doing so, you will be able to move to the positive more quickly.
