Creating Joy

Use this affirmation any time you wish to create joy, or to increase joy in your life.

This is especially good to help you move past any negative feelings (sadness, anxiety, anger).

Just fill in the blank with anything you wish to work on, or improve.

The affirmation is:
"How many ways can (__________) bring me joy today?"

For example:  If you are having health issues, you can say, "How many ways can my body bring me joy today?"

It is a prayer, of sorts, asking God, "How many ways will you bless me today?"

It is important to say this affirmation/prayer in a way that feels good.  It is like 
God has already told you that He has a great gift for you, and you are excited to see what it could be.
