Getting healthy using my intuition

I am changing the focus of my writings for now. Well, actually, I am getting focused on one topic.  (In the past, my writings were pretty random).

Since I have been struggling with weight for several years, I now wish to focus on weight and health issues.

I am not sure where this will go, but I am interested in going outside-the-box - finding ways to be healthy without following all the "expert' advice floating around out there. The whole "eat less and work out more" concept does not resonate with me, especially since I have tried those plans many times and all that happened is I got fatter and sicker.  It may work for some, but it does not work for me.

The plan for now is listen to my intuition more and listen to the "experts" less. I still plan to talk things over with Sam, my spirit guide. In listening to my intuition and working with Sam, I am confident I will be drawn to whatever resources I need. And I welcome all comments and experiences from you, as I never know where my next inspiration will come from.

My goal in sharing my experience is to encourage you to follow your own intuition. I have a feeling that no health plan will work for every person. I encourage each person to use your own intuition to come up with your own plan.

Along with sharing the steps I take on my journey, I will also share the 3 stats that I am most interested in tracking:
--body temperature (a measurement of how well my metabolism is working)
--weight
--waist measurement

So, this day, July 17, 2015, week one, my stats are:

Temperature: 97.8
Weight:  229 lb
Waist:  42"
